By Reema Chhabda - June 10, 2019 Bharat Remained Steady On Weekend During the Partition of India in 1947, Bharat''s (played by ‘Salman Khan’) father (Jackie Shroff) stays back in present-day Pakistan and makes his eight-year-old son promise to lead the household and keep the family together, no matter what. The movie revolves around how Bharat keeps the promise over the next 60 years of his life, from 18 to 70 years of age, despite each decade throwing a new set of challenges at him some humorous, some thrilling, some romantic while some life-threatening. Bharat opens to a record breaking collections at box office and becomes highest opening day collection ever for Salman Khan. The movie collected 42.3 cr on its 1st Wednesday. Bharat is unstoppable at Box Office and the celebration continues in theater. It experienced a normal decline on it 1st Thursday, maybe because it was working day. The collections might pick up during the weekends. The total collection of the movie now is 73.3 cr. The first weekend of Bharat went quite well. The movie stayed steady on its 1st weekend. The collection of the movie was as, Friday: 22.20 cr, Saturday: 26.70 cr and Sunday: 27.90 cr. the total collection of the movie now becomes 150.10 cr.
