Tuesday, 8th August 2017, 07:00 PM IST Marathi director Nagraj Manjule’s ‘Sairat’ was a big success. Now, the latest update is that he is soon going to direct a Hindi film. Amitabh Bachchan will star in Nagraj’s debut Bollywood film. A source was quoted saying, “Nagraj worked on it for a year-and-a-half before taking the script to Big B in January. The project was locked soon after.” The film will portray Amitabh as a patriarch with grey shades. Other details of the cast and script are still being kept under wraps. We get to hear that both of them are fans of each other’s work. As for the new script, we hear that Nagraj who has been working on it ever since he finished ‘Sairat’, was initially planning to write it as a Marathi script but decided to take it forward in Hindi.
