Emraan Hashmi To Produce A Film Based On A Scam

It is being heard that one of the films is based on a massive education scam being run in the country. Though Emraan, who is expected to play the mastermind in the film, chose to remain silent about the plot, he confirmed that he is indeed working out the modalities of the project which will be helmed by writer-director Soumik Sen, who last directed 'Gulaab Gang' with Madhuri Dixit-Nene and Juhi Chawla. "I can see that the word spreads. So yeah, that's one of the scripts I'm reading. We're in the midst of finalising the details. It's an important move to go beyond acting in a film. It has nothing to do with money, but it's the desire to nurture a seed and watch it grow into a tree.” This untitled film is said to have room for two leading actresses who are yet to be finalised.
