Anupam Kher Gets Replaced By Jackie Shroff In JAZBAA

Wednesday, 3rd June 2015, 3:47 PM IST Anupam Kher was all set to be a part of Sanjay Gupta’s ‘Jazbaa’. However, due to date issues, the veteran actor has been replaced by Jackie Shroff. Co-producer of the film, Nitin Keni confirmed the news and said, "We didn't come to a point where we signed Anupam. We were talking to him, but nothing materialised. There were issues with his dates as well." Director Sanjay Gupta said, "There were a lot of shuffling of dates from our end. Mr Kher has a busy schedule as far as films are concerned and also keeps travelling for his plays. He couldn't adjust the dates. So we had to lose the opportunity of working with him." Jackie Shroff will be playing the role of Siddhant Kapoor’s father in the film.
