Manikarnika has been penned by K.V. Vijayendra Prasad, who has also written films like ‘Baahubali’ and ‘Magadheera’. Recently during the shooting of ‘Manikarnika’ in Rajasthan, Prasad spoke to the media about how both ‘Manikarnika’ and ‘Baahubali’ had flavors of valour, fierce loyalty and patriotism. He also spoke about how Rani Laxmibai was a symbol of National pride.
