Wednesday, 19th Nov 2014, 6:24 PM IST ‘Ungli’ starring Emraan Hashmi, Randeep Hooda and Kangana Ranaut will be hitting the screens on 28th Nov. But, due to the delay in the release of the film, the actors of the movie are facing difficulty in giving their dates to promote the film. If sources are to be believed, Randeep has allotted only one day for the promotions of the film. A source said, "The production house had sent him a detailed marketing plan. They had sought a week from Randeep to be part of some city tours and media interactions. Though he had initially agreed to the plan, he has done a U-turn now by allotting just one day to the promotions." "He had asked for the marketing plan and realised that he could give only a day to the promotions. But he will try to cover as many activities as possible. Moreover, he is not the person who goes over-the-top with film promotions," the source added. However, Randeep’s spokesperson denies the reports. The spokesperson said, "He is very happy with the way his role in ‘Ungli’ has shaped up. He has given as much time as possible to promote the film. He had committed to certain things that clash with the promotions. The production house was informed about the same in advance and they did not have a problem." CEO of Dharma Productions, Apoorva Mehta said, "These stories about Randeep are completely unfounded and will be put to rest once all interviews and promotion activities are broadcast across all media. In the coming days, you will see the star cast promoting the film extensively."
