Monday, 1st Dec 2014, 6:20 PM IST Kabir Khan is on a roll. Next year, the director will be having two releases - ‘Phantom’ and ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’. Recently, Kabir revealed that ‘Phantom’ starring Saif Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif is more is real, raw and authentic, while ‘BB’ starring Salman Khan and Kareeena Kapoor Khan has masala in it. Talking about ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, Kabir said, “Salman has a staunch core audience. His films have to adhere to the commercial language. So yeah, this one is my masala film, and I make no bones about that. It has got lip-sync songs and dancing. When I was writing the film I saw the characters singing. This hasn’t happened in my other films.” While, talking about the Saif starrer, he said, “That is a more real, raw and authentic film. Saif and Katrina do not play characters I saw singing on screen. Though he is known for his strong presence in rom-coms, he has been brilliant in other films, like ‘Omkara’. I think Saif is an optimum blend of star and actor. He tends to submerge his own personality in whatever character he plays.” Now you can enjoy ad-free experience by downloading India’s first Box Office mobile app from here –Android:http://bit.ly/BOCapsuleMobileApp and iOS:bit.ly/BOCapsuleiOSApp |
