Monday, 8th Dec 2014, 4:01 PM IST A report states that while shooting for a scene on jet-ski for the film ‘Alone’, Bipasha Basu, who doesn’t know swimming, had fallen in the sea and Karan Singh Grover, the film’s hero, saved her life. However, it is learnt that the article is just a publicity stunt done by the film’s PR agency. For a second, we can even accept that Bips had fallen, but was there no one from the crew or a life guard around? And even if Karan saved her life why didn’t the news come out when the ‘accident’ took place; why is the ‘news’ out just a day before the trailer launch? PRs should understand that these kind of fake reports are easily gauged by the audiences today, who are smart to tell fake from genuine.
