Saturday, 13th Dec 2014,2:56 PM IST On Wednesday, a crew member of ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ died on the sets of the film. The 36-year-old lightman named Munib Ansari died due to cardiac arrest. General secretary of Film Studio Setting and Allied Mazdoor Union, Gangeshwar Srivastav said, “Ansari was in the hotel room when he suffered a heart attack. It was a morning shift and some of our members were present there Ansari suffered a massive attack and died on the spot.” “His dead body has been sent to his native place and producers have taken care of it. The union expects death compensation of Rs 7 lakh as he had been working as lightman for nearly 13 years.” added Srivastav. Ansari was living in Mumbai with his cousin. Talking about it, the director of the film Kabir Khan said, “It is sad that he suffered a heart attack.
