If sources are to be believed, Vidya has been offered the biopic and the makers feel that she can perfectly portray the late actress on screen. However, while Vidya is very much keen to do the film, she hasn't given a final approval on it yet. The makers of the biopic are waiting to give Vidya a proper narration of the film, after which Vidya will decide whether she wants to do the film or not.
