Saturday, 2nd May 2015, 2:43 PM IST Sunny Leone starrer ‘Mastizaade’ was all set to hit the screens on 1st May. But, the movie was postponed for unknown reasons. However, the film which also stars Tusshar Kapoor and Vir Das, has faced a roadblock. And the hurdle is none other than the CBFC. It is said that the film is currently caught up in problems with the CBFC with major portions of the film being cut out. According to the grapevine, the movie has double meaning dialogues and vulgar visuals and that can't be edited out, so much so that each scene in the movie has about 2-3 cuts. It is said that the makers have approached a few distributors but, they have asked censor clearance before they can sit across the table to discuss commercials. There were news that PNC had approached Balaji Motion Pictures to handle the distribution the film, but the deal has fallen through due to pricing issues. Apparently, many of the women members of the screening committee are offended with what has been shown in the film. A few of them have been vocal about their objections, but other members have collectively demanded that the film should not be certified which means it won’t be releasing. Apparently, an opening scene of the film features Tusshar and Vir having sex with a horse. And if the makers of the film agree with CBFC then most of the film's plot will be wiped out.
