What their biggies failed to achieve, a small film has done in a jiffy. ''Dum Laga Ke Haisha'' was not expected to make mark but it surprised one and all. ''Dum Laga Ke Haisha'' had limited release in 789 screens as makers YRF are confident that film will grow with word of mouth and that is what happened. Film released after Ayushmann Khurrana had given some big duds in ''Hawaizaada'' and ''Bewakoofiyan''. It was a now or never kind of moment for him and luckily film has worked at box office. Film got no big competition in 2nd week and considering such a good word of moth, film was expected to score big at box office. Film did that despite cricket match and Holi festivities. Film collected higher total over 2nd weekend and collected 10.05 cr nett in 2nd week which was very good and just 5% drop from week one. Film started 3rd week on good note and collected 62 lakhs nett despite competition from ''''''''NH 10''''''''. Film jumped again on 3rd Saturday and collected 1.04 cr nett though cricket match affected it to an extent. Film grew and collected 1.51 cr nett on 3rd Sunday. Film collected 3.10 cr nett in 3rd weekend and film held well again on 3rd Monday with 48 lakhs nett number followed by 47 lakhs nett on Tuesday, 46 lakhs nett on Wednesday and 43 lakhs nett on Thursday. Now film has collected 25.68 cr nett in 21 days and it seems that it will surpass 28-30 cr nett lifetime. Sleeper hit! Below are the collections for the film -
