GHAYAL ONCE AGAIN Earns 23.65 cr Nett In Its 1^st Weekend

Two diverse films 'Ghayal Once Again' and 'Sanam Teri Kasam' are releasing. Last three weeks have seen clash but except 'Airlift' almost all films under performed. Sunny Deol used to be a force when first installment came in 1990 and now he is pale shadow of that persona.

'Ghayal Once Again' had got average reviews and though its kind of solo release its opening was poor around 15%. Film should have opened to 25-30% because that could have given a chance over weekend. Film grew to 40% in evening shows and riding on good performance in UP, Bihar and central India, it managed to collect 7.20 cr nett on day one.

Film needed big growth, but as expected, it managed 7.65 cr on day two which was negligible growth. On Day 3, the movie managed to earn 8.40 cr, thereby taking its three-day total to 23.25 cr nett. Film has little support from urban centers and multiplexes and that is hurting it in big way.
