2014 proved to be a bad year at box office for Bollywood and that is why there was great hope from 2015. But even 2015 remained flat in terms of business and 2016 is also on similar levels as last year. Big films have underperformed and now flow of big releases start with ''Housefull 3''.

''Fan'' topped the chart over weekend in terms of worldwide gross as it collected 52.35 cr nett (70 cr gross) in India and 45 cr in overseas. Now ''Housefull 3'' has collected 25 cr plus overseas and approx 71 cr gross in India over the weekend. ''Airlift'' had 78 cr gross over weekend. ''Baaghi'' has worldwide gross of 64 cr and ''Kapoor & Sons'' had 56 cr worldwide gross.
