HALF GIRLFRIEND Drops Over 2nd Weekend

Both new Bollywood releases opened to decent response and despite continued wave of 'Baahubali’ Sequel both the new releases done pretty good numbers. 

'Half Girlfriend' was expected to open around 8-9 cr nett but as we predicted film scored 10.27 cr nett on opening day. Film was average in Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore but film did very well in smaller towns and mass circuits like CP, CI, UP and Rajasthan. Film collected 10.27 cr nett on opening day followed by slim growth on Saturday with collection of 10.63 cr nett. Film added 11.14 cr nett on Sunday despite IPL final. 

Film dropped by 50% on Monday which was fair. Film collected 5.11 cr on Monday despite not so great show in metros it manages to hold very well in smaller centres and masses. Film added 4.46 cr nett on Tuesday, 4.02 cr nett on Wednesday and 3.56 cr nett on Thursday. Film collected 49.19 cr nett in 1st week. 

Film collected 1.76 cr nett on 2nd Friday which was big drop from day one. Film collected 2.01 cr nett followed by 2.35 cr nett with weekend total of 6.12 cr nett. It will collect not more than 11 cr nett in 2nd week. 

Film has 10 days total of 55.31 cr nett. It has to cross 80 cr nett lifetime to break even for producers.
