The makers of the film are planning for a sequel of the film and reportedly Akshay will sign the film soon. A source said, “Akshay will start shooting for the sequel early next year. All the other details, including the script, are being worked upon.” The sequel will be produced by Ashvini Yarde. It was said that there were creative differences between her and Akshay after the release of ‘Singh Is Bliing’. The source said, “All is well between them. Ashvini also wants to try her hand at TV, but Akshay doesn’t have much understanding of television. That doesn’t mean that they have split” Talking about ‘OMG sequel’, the source said, “It will be a different story altogether. It will be a story that will talk about religion and other issues. It will be a spicy film but an eye-opener.
