After the big controversy, ‘Udta Punjab’ case may finally get resolved today. CBFC Chief Pahlaj Nihalani cleared it with 13 cuts under the ‘A’ category. Now, a division bench in Bombay High Court is expected to pass the order on this case today.
Speaking on the decision made by CBFC, Pahlaj said, nine members of CBFC have seen the movie and have unanimously agreed to propose 13 cuts. He also mentioned that the job of CBFC is over and it’s now up to the court or the tribunal after which they will implement the order.
With this, ‘Udta Punjab’ is ready to release on the already mentioned date, 17th June.
