Mallika Sherawat’s DIRTY POLITICS Gets Postponed

Wednesday, 4th Feb 2015, 3:30 PM IST Mallika Sherawat starrer ‘Dirty Politics’ was all set to hit the screens on 13th Feb. But, the film has been postponed to 6th March. The reason behind the postpone is that the makers don’t want the film to clash with 'Badlapur' and 'Roy'. The director of the film, KC Bokadia said, "We want to create a hype around the film. The crew unanimously decided that releasing the film in a jiffy without proper promotions is a bad idea. Moreover, we didn't want to clash with 'Badlapur' and 'Roy'." A new song will be also shot with Mallika in it. "The film has a political backdrop and we plan to release it during the long Holi weekend. That way, we think that it will do better business in the North. It will take a few days for us to shoot the added song and then we will promote the project," Bokadia said. When Bokadia was asked about the film clashing with other four films like 'Wazir', 'NH 10', 'Bank Chor' and 'Tigers' he said, "As of now there is no confirmation of the other films releasing on the same day. Also, now that we have chosen the date, we will stick to it no matter what."
