Sooraj Barjatya’s efforts of findinga perfect brother for the “bhai” of Bollywood finally came to an end when hecame across Neil Nitin Mukesh. In Barjatya’s upcoming film, tentatively calledtitled ‘Bade Bhaiyya’, Neil will be seen playing the younger brother to Salman.Vidyut Jamwal had been approached earlier for the same role, but Neil hasmanaged to bag it after auditions.

A source from the film'sproduction said, "The makers have had lengthy discussions with Neil, whohas consented to Sooraj in principle. But he is yet to sign on the dotted line.That should happen in the next few weeks as Neil is really kicked about thefilm. Bagging a Sooraj Barjatya film could revive his career which hasn't beenin great shape lately following a series of duds."

Wondering how the two distinctlylooking actors will even look like brothers? Here’s a little secret: Neil isplaying Salman’s stepbrother. Another source close to the film was quotedsaying, "Neil is not the archetypal youngerbrother. His character is not negative but has shades of grey." We wonderif this is the reason Vidyut turned down this role.

Salman Khan will be seen workingwith the Barjatyas after a long time. Last they worked together was fifteenyears back in 1999 in the family blockbuster ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’.
