Wednesday 13th July 2016, 08:00 PM IST Ashutosh Gowariker is known for making lengthy films; his earlier films have had a run-time of more than three hours, which is quite unconventional in industry today. Talking about his upcoming film ‘Mohenjo Daro’, Hrithik said that he only signed the film after it was shortened down from 200 pages to 80 pages. The actor is now apparently changing his policy of a film a year and will be focusing on several films. Jr Roshan also revealed that he was the first choice of the prominent director. When asked about his first thoughts after being approached for the film, the actor said, “First thought was that Ashutosh is my friend, first thought was that he gave me a film like Akbar, my first thought was of immense joy that he is considering me for another film.” He further said, “After that I looked at the script, you don’t want to know my second thought. But I still said, ‘no, he is my friend’, so I read the script. I loved the story but I waited till that script from 200 pages went down to 80 pages and then we shook hands and said ‘Let’s do this’.” Now you can enjoy ad-free experience by downloading India’sfirst Box Office mobile app from here –Android: http://bit.ly/BOCapsuleMobileApp and iOS: bit.ly/BOCapsuleiOSApp |
