MITWA Had Poor Weekend

On one side Bollywood films are flopping at box office and on the other hand regional cinema is spreading its mark at box office. Though big release ''Baji'' did not do much at box office last week, one more big release ''Mitwa'' has hit the cinemas this week. 

''Mitwa'' opened to average to good occupancies on 1st day morning. It collected only 17 lakhs on day one which was way below par. Film had appreciation but that did not get translated in numbers.

Film grew on day two which was good but that big jump was missing. Film collected 30 lakhs nett on day two which was good jump. Film collected 27 lakhs nett on Sunday. Film has total of 74 lakhs nett over weekend. Film needs to hold super strong on weekdays in order to have even respectable lifetime total.
