Pluses: Couple of decent songs, Kangana Ranaut again delivers a superb performance, top notch editing by Maahir Zaveri, heart wrenching climax Minuses:

Detailed Analysis: Nikhil Advani has given some really big disappointments in last 10 years or so i.e. 'Salaam E Ishq', 'Chandani Chowk To China', 'Patiala House', 'D Day' and most recent 'Hero'. And now for some strange reasons he has got responsibility of re - launching career of Imran Khan with best actress of current time Kangana Ranaut.
Rishi Kapoor plays a Mr Bhalla, who runs a bakery in a hill station called Kasol. He is never seen to be baking anything. All he does is to yell and shout at his wife, and sonny boy Inder (played by Supriya Pathak and Abhishek Bachchan, respectively). Why? That’s a mystery. Ms Pathak is to be found in an ‘ashram’, looking vacantly about. Abhishek switches locations from a Bangkok poolside with bikinied babes to the winding roads of Kasol, where he encounters college-mate Nimmi (Asin, colourless) who has feelings for him. Why anyone would have a tender spot for someone as indifferent as Inder is an even bigger mystery. Up pops a long-haired goon called Cheema who’s only job is to twirl a gun, and threaten people. Why the talented Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub took on this thankless part is a … yes, you got that. It’s a puzzle. Plot? Non-existent. The jokes? Screamingly unfunny. Rishi Kapoor doing ‘su-su’, singing ‘aiyi-aiyi-aiyi’? Groan. When will grown men wanting to urinate stop becoming an acceptable gag in Bollywood? Can someone solve this? It is heavily inspired form '500 Days Of Summer' (few shots are photocopy) and then story takes some twists in last 30 minutes. Film takes off with shots of Maddy (Imran Khan) madly searching for his lady love Payal (Kangana Ranaut) and then few flashbacks, fall in love, rom -com and a couple of quirky dialogues and then there is a classic twist of romantic genre in the end - that's the new Nikhil Advani film for you. One should not expect great or different things in this genre but having Kangana Ranaut as lead but focusing so much on Imran might be Aamir's choice but no one else is interested in this scenario. Performance wise Kangana Ranaut is simply outstanding as she looks fun in 1st half and intense in 2nd with equal ease. Imran Khan is still in 'Break Ke Baad' mode and fails to recover from few disasters in last couple of years. Vivan Bhatena and Nicole Faria make no headway in acting department. Film has decent screenplay but overall story is cliche plus ineffective dialogues are big minus . Film has sharp editing by Maahir Zaveri, a guy to watch out for. Music is average except one hit song 'Lip To Lip'. Cinematography is average and production design is perfect.
Director Nikhil Advani again falters and falters big time with such a poor and direction. He fails to extract performances from Imran Khan and continues to deliver half hearted shallow films. Film will release tomorrow and it will get average to poor reviews but it should still score decent numbers over weekend due to promotion and Kangana factor. Though it will not be a huge hit and should struggle from Monday onwards.
