Monday, 19th October 11:55 AM IST THE MARTIAN Crosses 11.50 Cr Nett After 2nd Week Hollywood biggie ''The Martian'' arrived with Tamil fantasy entertainer ''Puli'', Akshay Kumar starrer ''Singh Is Bliing'' and Irrfan Khan starrer ''Talvar''. In middle of such competition it still managed to score decent sum at box office. ''The Martian'' had Matt Damon in lead plus name of amazing director Ridley Scott. Film was termed as next ''Gravity'' kind of experience. Film was released in 200 screens in India and collected 5.50 cr nett over 1st weekend and 8.50 cr nett in 1st week. Film held well in 2nd week and with only 65% drop, it added 3 cr nett in 2nd week. Film collected 11.50 cr nett in two weeks and will finish with 12-12.25 cr nett lifetime in India which is not a bad total at all. | ||
