1st Week Box Office Collection Of JAI GANGAAJAL

Friday, 11th March 10:00 AM IST JAI GANGAAJAL Had Below Par 30 Cr Nett In Week One This week there was only one major release and still ''Jai Gangaajal'' failed to score a big start. Though film had only mild competition from Hollywood film ''Zootopia'' and sleeper hit ''Neerja''. Film released in 2600 screens in India and 300 plus screens overseas. Film opened to 12% occupancy and though it got decent reviews but still it needed huge jump from evening shows to make impact. That did not happen and film collected only 5.50 cr nett on day one. Film failed to jump big on Saturday and collected only 6.25 cr nett. Film was affected by big cricket match on Sunday and managed 6.75 cr nett. Film held well on Monday due to Mahashivaratri holiday and collected 3.75 cr nett with 35% drop only. Film collected 3.30 cr nett on Tuesday, 2.60 cr nett on Wednesday and 2 cr nett on Thursday. Film has week one total of 30.15 cr nett. Film has not high cost to recover and that is why Monday was crucial and now it is sure to to remain below average at box office.
