HINDI MEDIUM Emerges First Sleeper Hit Of The Year After 2nd Weekend 

Both new Bollywood releases opened to decent response and despite continued wave of 'Baahubali' Sequel both the new releases done pretty good numbers.

'Hindi Medium' got tax free status in few states and that helped it to muster 2.81 cr nett on opening day. It required huge growth over weekend in order to come out as winner and that''s what it did. Film collected 2.81 cr nett on Friday, 4.25 cr nett on Saturday and 5.50 cr nett on Sunday which was superb trend. 

Film collected more on Monday than its Friday number which is superb trend. Film collected 3.15 cr nett on Monday which was superb. Film added 3.30 cr nett on Tuesday followed by 3.10 cr nett each on Wednesday and Thursday. Film collected 25.21 cr nett in 1st week with tremendous trending. 

Film added 2.82 cr nett on 2nd Friday which was higher than 1st Friday. Film added 4.21 cr nett in 2nd Saturday and 5.11 cr nett on 2nd Sunday which was excellent trending. Film collected 12.14 cr nett in 2nd weekend and it will collect 19 cr nett in 2nd week. 

Film has 10 days total of 37.35 cr nett and it is now 1st sleeper hit of the year. It is bound to cross 48-50 cr nett lifetime which is superb total. Hit!
