Rajnikanth Starrer KOCHADAIYAAN Had Humongous Day One At Box Office

Rajnikanth starrer is not a film but its an event in itself. His films create a ind of mass hysteria down south and every one enjoys his histrionics irrespective of language, region or age. Yesterday his latest offering ''Kochadaiyaan'' released worldwide.

Film was almost unstoppable in key south markets and ran close to 95% occupancy throughout the day. Film collected close to 14.5-15 cr on day one in south India which is unimaginable for Hindi audience. Film was sold to B. Subramanyam for 30 cr in south and he is set to make big money out of it.

Film was poor in Hindi version and collected only 1-1.10 cr nett including few regional dubbed versions in north. Film will cross 50 cr over weekend in India which means another monstrous hit from Rajnikanth!
