ENTERTAINMENT Is Holding Well On WeekdaysAkshay Kumar starrer ''Entertainment'' released last Friday in 2800 screens in India and 420 in overseas. Film was in a very tight position as it has been sandwiched between ''Singham Returns'' and ''Kick''. Film has to score big in week one.
Film collected close to 11.16 cr nett on day one. Film collected close to 11.53 cr nett on day two which is just average for the film. Film collected only 14 cr nett on Sunday. Unlike weekend, film did not show any distinct drop on Monday and Delhi, CP, CI and Mumbai were strongest areas. Punjab collected close to 65 lakhs nett and CI was 32 lakhs nett. Film dropped only by 32% from Friday and collected 7 cr nett.
Film dropped by 20% plus on Tuesday which was still good numbers. Film collected 5.13 cr nett on Tuesday. Film has collected 48.82 cr nett in 5 days. Overall now good week is possible but real problem is 2nd week. Film can score maximum of 58 cr nett week which is average as film will struggle after that to touch even 65-70 cr nett weekend when it will lose big number of screens post release of ''Singham Returns''.
