YAARIYAN Overtakes DEDH ISHQIYA On Day One

''Dedh Ishqiya'' was much celebrated release of this weekend but it was under rated ''Yaariyan'' which took over more fancy rival with surprising ease. Despite ''Dedh Ishqiya'' had better reviews, entertainment value won over solid content.

''Dedh Ishqiya'' was slow all over and places like Rajasthan had almost double numbers for ''Yaariyan''. CI, CP and even south were lagging behind for this sequel but ultimately Delhi, East Punjab and UP saved the day to some extent for the film. As per early estimates, ''Dedh Ishqiya'' should collect around 3.75 cr nett on day one.

Other new release ''Yaariyan'' was underdog but has surprised one and all. Film has opened well in NCR, Delhi and Mumbai city but it was lead in Rajasthan and central India which gave film decisive push. As per early trends, film should collect 4.90  cr nett on day one.
