"HEROINE" Takes A Very Good Start
"Heroine" released today with huge expectations across the country. Film has opened to fantastic response all over with multiplex performing in the range of 65% to 70% and in major metros evening and night shows have healthy advance booking.
Film is average in single screens but it is expected to pick up in evening as the day progresses. Film has received decent reviews with few usual suspects criticising the film. Film should do highest ever 1st day business for a female oriented film beating the record of "The Dirty Picture" (9.25 cr nett Hindi only).
Film has 70% occupancy in NCR, 55% in Gujarat, 55% in CI and 65% in Mumbai though single screens and smaller centres will pick up in evening as after one holiday and one bandh yesterday this tends to happen.
As per the early estimates, film should collect in excess of 9.5 cr nett and that will be a huge total. We will update you further in our next report at 11 PM.
