GUNDAY Had Good Week One''Gunday'' had interesting weekend where film did huge business on Friday followed by big drop on Saturday and then again fairly good Sunday. Film had good week one overall despite drops on weekdays.
Film had better numbers form multiplexes despite being an action film and that too cities contributed better which is due to presence of younger stars. Film is performing best in north and worst in south. Film dropped by 60% approx and managed 5.85 cr nett on Monday. Film added 5.05 cr nett on Tuesday, 4.60 cr nett on Wednesday and 3.90 cr nett on Thursday with drop of further 10%.
In overseas too film did fab business and managed 6 cr plus on day one. Film has collected 15 cr plus in 7 days approximate.
Film has collected 62 cr nett plus in 7 days. Film will see huge reduction in screens from today onwards due to release of ''Highway'' but still film has legs to reach 80 cr nett lifetime if not 85 cr nett!
