QUEEN Jumps Big On Saturday''Queen'' had limited release in around 800 screens. Film was expected to start good at big at box office as far as buzz was concerned but film met with quite modest figure on Friday due to huge competition at box office but then film recovered in a big way with huge jumps on Saturday and Sunday.
Film only managed 1.75 cr nett on Friday but as expected with exceptional word of mouth, film jumped big 100% on Saturday. Film collected 3.50 cr nett taking two day total to 5.25 cr nett. Film again witnessed huge growth on Sunday and registered 40% jump.
Film collected 4.75 cr nett on Sunday thus taking weekend total to 10 cr nett. Film managed to beat other competition at box office with fewer number of screens and that too with such poor day one number. Film should remain steady over weekdays and 17 cr nett week one will be a fair result.
