SHOLAY 3D Decent And Mr Joe B Carvalho Struggles
New year and 1st week of Jan always spells doom at box office barring few exception. This weekend couple of Bollywood and Hollywood releases hit the screens. All new releases struggled and Blockbuster ''Dhoom 3'' continued to dominate big time.
''Mr Joe B. Carvalho'' was a mid - size release across 1000 screens and film was hit by bad reviews. Film failed to grow on Saturday and managed only 60 lakhs taking 2 day total to 1.25 cr nett. Film is heading for poor weekend and its a disappointment at box office.
Other release ''Sholay'' 3D was released across approx 850 screens and grew marginally from Friday. Film should collect close to 2.25 cr nett on Saturday taking 2 day total to 3.75 cr nett. Film is heading for 5 cr nett plus weekend which is decent.
