GUNDAY Takes Box Office By Storm''Gunday'' scored big at box office on day one and that came as no surprise considering huge buzz around the film. Film is now heading for huge weekend and it seems that film will be first big hit of 2014.
Film was superb especially in single screens and mass dominated centers i.e. CI, CP and UP. Film was good in morning around 60% occupancy and due to Valentines Day film has got further boost to 75% by evening. Film was also good in East Punjab, Bihar and Delhi though south and west were on lower side.
Film collected 16.10 cr nett on day one which is 2 cr nett less than ''Jai Ho'' in 1100 screens less. Film started equally well today and looks to have good outing on day two. Though film might see some drop today considering no holiday benefit and action genre factor.
