QUEEN Takes Superb Start In Week Two
''Queen'' is doing something unimaginable on weekdays at box office. Film had low Friday but scored big jumps over weekend. But Monday was magical, film scored better figures on Monday than Friday and that too with reduced ticket rates. And that was just a beginning. Tuesday was better than Monday and Friday. If that was not enough, film had 2nd Friday which was better than 1st Friday.
Film had average weekend of around 10 cr nett and film needed solid weekdays in order to make an impact. Film scored on weekdays and collected 8.80 cr nett on weekdays taking week one total to 18.80 cr nett. Film started well on 2nd Friday and had super numbers of 2.15 cr nett on 2nd Friday.
Film has collected close to 20.50 cr nett in 8 days and now good jumps on cards over 2nd weekend which means 30 cr nett lifetime will be easily achieved and even 35 cr nett is not out of the bound.
