TALAASH Drops On 2nd Friday
"Talaash" collected 27 cr nett over weekend in overseas and then just added 9 cr nett odd in next 4 weekdays which is again a drastic drop similar as in domestic market. Film collected 67 cr nett plus in week one in India.
Film started 2nd week on a bad note and managed only 2.35 cr nett on 2nd Friday. This is a drop of 80-85% from 1st Friday and that is too much for a multiplex film and the one which underperformed in 1st week.
Film is now heading for maximum 8 cr nett 2nd weekend and a lifetime total of 88-90 cr nett looks realistic. This is a major disappointment for such a big film. Film failed to connect with audience across the nation.
