"English Vinglish" continues to score in 2nd week especially on weekdays. Film has scored well in East Punjab, Gurgaon, Mumbai and Mysore. Film will go down as one of the surprise hits of the year.

Film collected 0.75 cr nett on Monday followed by steady 0.70 cr nett on Tuesday. This is almost negligible drop and film looks to hold on for next two days. Riding on the amazing biz overseas,now film can be termed as clear hit.

Film has collected 30.5 cr nett approximately and now with the help of huge numbers overseas, film will touch 50 cr worldwide easily. Though film's run will be curtailed due to mega release of "Student Of The Year" next weekend.
