SHUDDH DESI ROMANCE Heading For Good 2nd Week
"Shuddh Desi Romance" performed exceedingly well in week one and despite onslaught from "Grand Masti", film managed pretty decent 2nd week numbers.
Film was affected badly on 2nd Friday due to onslaught of "Grand Masti" and but film jumped again on 2nd Saturday and 2nd Sunday giving it much needed boost. Film collected close to 5.75 cr nett in 2nd weekend and added further 77 laks on 2nd Monday followed by 65 lakhs on Tuesday which was a drop of only 10%.
Film has collected 43.50 cr nett in 12 days and film should collect 45 cr nett by end of 2nd week and 48 cr nett lifetime is guaranteed from here. Film is a clean hit at box office. Film will be in cinemas for couple of weeks which will ensure a lifetime total close to 50 cr nett.
Film will add 10 cr from satellite and other rights will further add 2 cr and that means film will make at least 20 cr profit for makers which is almost 100% return over budget.
