TRANFORMERS Age Of Extinction Is Heading For Solid 38 Cr Nett Week One
Latest offering from famous franchise ''Transformers'' was expected to take big start at box office but stiff competition from Bollywood release and regional releases pulled it down to an extent. But film scored really well on Friday and Saturday despite all competition. Film was released in 950 screens including IMAX and 3D versions.
Film took a good start on Thursday in paid previews and collected close to 2.98 cr nett from 650 screens. Film was good in metros and south but central India and Mumbai were hit by ''Ek Villain'' wave. Film collected 7.10 cr nett on day one Friday (from 950 screens) which was still a good figure.
Film jumped by 16% on Saturday and collected more than 8 cr nett. Film has collected 18.33 cr nett in two days including paid previews. Film collected big 9.45 cr nett on Sunday. Film added 3.30 cr nett on Monday which was drop of 55% from Friday. Film added 2.60 cr nett on Tuesday. Film further collected 2.20 cr nett on Wednesday. Film has collected 35.80 cr nett plus in 6 days which is very good.
Film is heading for 38-39 cr nett week one which will be fantastic. Film will cross 45 cr nett lifetime number if not more than that.
