The film will be produced by Sanjay Gupta. An insider said, "Sanjay and Mahesh are doing a film together. It's an action thriller. As they know each other for over 15 years, their sensibilities match superbly. Sanjay is confident that Mahesh is the best person to helm his next production." According to the grapevine, the film will have a huge cast comprising of 20-25 actors. The source said, "Sanjay is planning to erect a huge set at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad for the film."
