Monday, 20th July 2015, 2:46 PM IST Salman Khan starrer ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ has proved to be one of the best films of the year. The film has received critical as well as commercial acclaim and everyone just can’t stop praising Salman for his act. But not many know this that Hrithik Roshan could have played Pavan Kumar Chaturvedi. If sources are to be believed, around three years ago, V. Vijayendra Prasad the writer of ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ had narrated the story to Rakesh Roshan. Apparently, Rakesh loved the story and decided to direct the film casting his son Hrithik in the lead role. However, there was one issue that sparked up between Rakesh and Prasad. The latter wanted to co-produce the film and the former does not co-produce films with anyone. According to the grapevine, Rakesh offered Prasad Rs. 3.25 crores to buy off the script from him. However, the deal didn’t work and they scrapped the film. Later, Prasad narrated the film to Kabir Khan, who decided to make it with Salman.
