Saturday, 12th Sept 2015, 2:16 PM IST Amitabh Bachchan was invited to attend the World Hindi Conference held in Bhopal today. However, he won’t be attending it as he has to undergo a tooth surgery. Writer Vikas Swaroop said, “He (Amitabh Bachchan) developed sudden pain in his tooth. He requires a surgery. He will not be able to speak tomorrow. Hence, he feels there is no point in coming when he is not able to speak.” Talking about the reason Big B was invited for the event, the external affairs spokesperson said, “If Hindi songs are being heard in the Middle East today, it is due to Bollywood's influence. Amitabh has been the most popular actor of Bollywood of the 1970s. He is looked upon as an inspirational personality even today. If he comes, it would benefit Hindi language.” Now you can enjoy ad-free experience by downloading India’s first Box Office mobile app from here –Android: http://bit.ly/BOCapsuleMobileApp and iOS: bit.ly/BOCapsuleiOSApp |
