Read on for more deets. 1. Despite the conventional saying, actresses don’t get along much on the sets, how is that you and Tara managed to bond so well and also managed to gang up against Tiger (Shroff)? “She was the only one on the sets who was understanding the exact same feelings as I was because it’s both of our first film. So I think that was a very important bonding point for us." 2. How was your experience of working with Tiger Shroff? “I got very lucky that I got to do my first film with Tiger because for my first film only I could not take it easy. I had to start big time to match up to his level and did not get a moment of rest because he would even rehearse in the breaks between the shots and I felt the pressure that, Tiger Shroff is rehearsing, so even I need to rehearse. So I’m grateful that I got these experiences in my first film and I feel so much leveled up for my next releases already." 3. What challenges did you face during the shoots? “I felt like the only ‘new-new’ one on the sets because everyone else did have some or the other experiences of movies and shoots. I was new to the terms such as facing, camera angles and everything. But I feel this is a good thing rather than a challenge because I believe that the audience may appreciate the freshness that I would bring to the film like Alia did in the previous part." 4. What role did your father play during the whole phase? “My dad didn’t give me any advice and encouraged me to do my own thing because most of the things that he would suggest may or may not work in this era of Bollywood. He, in fact, never visited the sets of the film and only used to watch the trailers that used to show up on YouTube. The things I have learned from him is from his behavior because he is always sweet around fans and never says no to anyone for photographs and keeps taking jokes on himself. That’s what I have learned from him." 5. How did you feel during your first shot? "The first thing we shot was a song and it actually started raining that day. Tara and I freaked out as we thought whether the shot will really happen or not today and somehow things went well and I was done with my first shot, and I couldn’t believe that I was done with my first shot and finally I was an actor." 6. How are the promotions of your first film going? “I am such an enthusiastic person and I am so excited to go everywhere for interviews, launches and everything and I am so much in love with every bit of it.” Now you can enjoy ad-free experience by downloading India’sfirst Box Office mobile app from here –Android: http://bit.ly/BOCapsuleMobileApp and iOS: bit.ly/BOCapsuleiOSApp |
