REVOLVER RANI Had Disappointing Weekend

On expected lines, ''Revolver Rani'' got exceptional reviews but film failed to take big start at box office. But strangely film failed to jump big on day two despite positive reviews and finally it struggled over weekend with disappointing numbers.

Film collected close to 1.80 cr nett on day one which was below par considering release size. Film was expected to jump but film improved by only 20% and managed only 2.15 cr nett on day two. Film added 2.50 cr nett on Sunday which was again marginal jump only.

Film collected 6.50 cr nett over weekend and this is poor number, almost 35% less than ''Queen'' with double number of screens. Film is not expected to trend well on weekdays and it seems that film will collect 11 - 12 cr nett in week one and lifetime total will hover around 16-17 cr nett.

Limited appeal of language, weird look of Kangana and poor music cost the film dearly despite not so bad content.
