RAAZ REBOOT Had Disastrous 2nd Weekend 




Emraan Hashmi and Vikram Bhatt are going through worst phase of their respective careers and that is why when a film brings them together it does not add up to an exciting product. After average start film dropeed on 2nd day due to bad reviews and negative word of mouth. 

Film opened to an average 20% occupancy 1st day morning and as the franchise factor came in coupled with horror genre, film managed some decent numbers in north. Rest of India did not warm up to the film. Film failed to show an drastic growth in evening which is the problem with this genre. Film collected average 6.30 cr nett on day one. 

Film dropped on 2nd day itself with 5.49 cr nett which is a poor number. Film scored Sunday similar to Friday with 6.30 cr nett number. As expected, film dropped on Monday with 2.61 cr nett which is more than 55% drop from Friday. Film added 2.27 cr nett on Tuesday with further drop followed by 2.01 cr nett on Wednesday followed by 1.75 cr nett on Thursday. 

Film collected 26.73 cr nett in 1st week. Film dropped big on 2nd Friday and collected 45 lakhs nett, 55 lakhs nett on Saturday and 60 lakhs nett on Sunday. Film added 1.60 cr nett in 2nd weekend and should add 2.60 cr nett in 2nd week which is extremely poor. 

Film has 10-days total of 28.33 cr nett and it will struggle to cross 30 cr nett lifetime. Film needs 40 cr nett for distributors to break even which is impossible now.
