JAB TAK HAI JAAN Manages Decent Numbers On 3rd Day

"Jab Tak Hai Jaan" is facing stiff competition from SOS at Indian box office while film has completely demolished SOS in overseas as expected. Though still film has manged to keep nose ahead at domestic box office too.

Film did well on opening day with 15 cr nett collections. Film though did not perform as per expectations on 3rd day with collections of 19.50 cr nett. Film is hurting badly with lack of good numbers from north and single screens too failed to perform upto the mark in Central India.

Film has collected 15.50 cr nett on Thursday as per early estimates and this figure can vary depending upon performance of film in late evning and night shows. This is a good figure for the film considering the competition.

Film managed good numbers mainly due to Mumbai, Mysore,West Bengal and Nizam. Overseas is as usual untouched territory for Shahrukh Khan. Film has already taken a record breaking opening in New zealand beating even Hollywood releases there this week. And as per early reports, in Pakistan too film looks to collect 25 lakhs on opening day.

Film should cross or touch 80-85 cr nett in 6 day weekend and worldwide collectiosn of 130 cr. The trend of film's box office performance from Monday onwards will decide film's fate. At the moment both the films are enjoying their own territories.
