MADRAS CAFE Holds Strong On Monday"Madras Cafe" was not a typical Bollywood film and that is why not expected to do big at box office. But film rode on exceptional good content and reviews resulting in great numbers at box office.
Film collected 3 cr nett on Monday which was very good considering film''s niche appeal. Film looks to hold on good on weekdays and good jump on Janmasthami tomorrow can take it close to 32-33 cr nett week one.
Film has collected 24 cr nett in 4 days and now good 2nd week can take it close to 50 cr nett which will be fair result though for hit tag it needs in excess of 55-60 cr net biz.
Film started well in overseas too with figure of 4 cr plus over the weekend.
