SON OF SARDAAR Collects Well On 4th Day

"Son Of Sardaar" is just making money in sameterritories where it was strong on the day of release. Film is still topping the game in Rajasthan, CI and East Punjab. But in all these places JTHJ making a comeback of sort since yesterday.

Despite negligible drops in these strong territories, film collected only 10 cr nett on 4th day due to heavy drops in metros and high end multiplexes. Film has now collected 47 cr nett in 4 days and now film is heading for 72-75 cr nett 6 day weekend. This is a good figure considering stiff competition from JTHJ.

But as we kept stating throughout that film will find it tough to make profits unless film rakes big moolah overseas like JTHJ or beats JTHJ at domestic box office by a margin. And at the moment neither of the scneraio looks possible. It will be interesting to see that how this clash will make sense for SOS after end ofthe run with 110 cr odd business with 87 cr landing cost.

As per early trends, film is looking steady on Saturday and film should collect 26-28 cr nett over the next 2 days. Film will have to then go through the real test from Monday onwards.
