Actor Anil Kapoor is all set to be seen in director Sanjay Gupta’s upcoming project titled ‘Mumbai Saga’. John Abraham is also going to feature in the same film as a gangster.

Bollywood has been buzzing with the role that Anil has opted to undertake in Sanjay's film. Apparently, Anil would be essaying the role which has shades of Late Bal Thackeray.

A close source to the project’s development revealed - "Besides Balasaheb, Anil's character also borrows elements from Vasai-Virar strongman Bhai Thakur and NCP Chief Sharad Pawar. Sanjay is working closely with Hussain and Milap and is providing valuable inputs to build the character."

As per news coming in, John Abraham would be seen essaying the role of a gangster in Sanjay's film. The journey of becoming a gangster from a vegetable vendor will be depicted starting from the age of 22 until 45.
