With Arjun Reddy's remake, Kabir Singh being a smashing hit at the box office. Another South film - Dear Comrade, starring Vijay Deverakonda, is being adapted in Hindi. There are speculations around KJo offering Shahid Kapoor the remake. Shahid has already gained immense success with Kabir Singh, which was also a remake of Vijay Deverakonda starrer Arjun Reddy. If reports are to be believed, Shahid does not want to be a part of this remake, in fact, he does not want to do another remake of the same actor that he has done before. Dear Comrade is a love story and stars Vijay Deverkonda and Rashmika Mandanna in the lead roles.
