When she was asked about her cameo in Karan’s directorial, Sunny said, "That's not true. People like to make up the craziest news. Trust me, if I am doing something I always tweet about it. We always let everybody know what's exactly going on. We're pretty much open about this." She also denied the reports of being approached for Sohail Khan’s next. She said, "No it's not true. I was not approached for it, no."
